New congratulations to Iberia Airport Services

This is the way the last communication sent by the company Lufthansa to Iberia Airport Services begins. Its representative at the Bilbao airport praised the effort made and the efficiency shown in the handling of their flight LH4503/06OCT dated October 6th.

Over 8000 employees of the Airport General Management daily perform a great teamwork in all the stopovers where Iberia Airport Services provides services offering its operated companies a high quality and efficient service recognized by its customers who periodically send congratulation letters.

During the last weeks the Airport General Management has received several congratulation letters on the different performed operations ranging from presidential to cargo flights. For instance:

The Madrid-Barajas airport has been congratulated on the excellent service rendered to the flight of the President of the Dominican Republic last September. The offered service was absolutely punctual and it was qualified as excellent both on its arrival and departure.

In unforeseen or emergency circumstances, the reaction capacity and the experience of the stopover staff is clearly demonstrated. The company Spanair, through its airport service head, expressed their gratitude and recognition for the professionalism shown by the Iberia team in Zaragoza. On the same day, two rerouted planes required operation: one due to weather conditions and the other one due to a medical emergency experienced by the head of the cabin crew.

Congratulations are also received on even those airports where Iberia only provides passenger handling. All the Iberia staff belonging to the Jerez Airport has been congratulated on the great service provided to the passengers of Icelandair flight on September 26th.

Our customers, who recognize our effort and perseverance when conducting end of the season evaluations, highly appreciate the quality level of our daily operations. Transaero Airlines has congratulated the Malaga Airport on the excellent service rendered during all the summer season. This encourages us to keep on working together at the same quality and perfection level during the newly started winter season.
