QUALITY AND ENVIROMENTAL

IBERIA Airport Services has for its ground service activities an integrated System for the Quality and Environmental Management certified according to the International Rules ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004.

We must point out that our ground handling services at the Spanish airports fully comply with the Joint Aviation Authorities (JAA) JAR-OPS 1. These services are audited by our customers with an AOC issued by a member State of the JAA.

To keep its certificates UNE-EN-ISO 9001 and UNE-EN-ISO 14001 granted by AENOR (Normalisation and Certification Spanish Association), Iberia Airport Services is annually submitted to the respective audits of this organisation. In the same way we are also audited by our customers; in this sense each of the airports is submitted to internal audits by external auditors.
