If you can find out who the dispatcher was and send his name to me, I can prepare a diploma for next week.

«We would like to recognise the dispatcher that dispatched the flight TOM6597 ( stand H37) TFS-BOH on the 7th October. The flight was running very late possibly resulting in a costly diversion due to Bournemouth closure.  With his help, we were able to do a 47 min turn around.  Sadly we were unable to get his name, but, if it is possible to find out who he was we would like him to be recognised».

Bon dia Llorenc,

As the season comes to an end I want to sincerely thank you for all of your unconditional support.

I don’t think this stations success could have happened without all the work and time you have provided.

Obviously most of it was me, but you helped!

My constant calls of need for equipment, need for space, need for people, need for local problem solving.

At every step of the way you were there for me, a perfect team, like Batman and Robin!

Every problem United has thrown at you has been a challenge and yet nothing that has beaten you.

You have given me a great team to work with, keen, dedicated, and always ready to learn and be involved, a team that have shown pride in being part of United Airlines and our brand.

I commend all of my Iberia work partners for all they have contributed and achieved in the past 5 months.

It was always going to be hard for us starting a new station, finding out how things work locally, understanding the limitations of a new airport, vendors and facilities, and constant adaptation to our processes to make everything work for all of us.

I have enjoyed the pleasure and challenge of working here for the summer, side by side with yourself and Iberia and look forward to hopefully working with you again soon, maybe with a new challenge of a daily flight! (No Saturday of course)!

I think we have all come away from this summer with some great memories, experiences, and most of all new friends.

Many thanks to the ground staff of TFS for the very quick turnaround, so we could land at midnight in STR. During the flight air traffic control  of france allowed us to fly above france again. So the flight time was 40 minutes shorter, when original planed.
